The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the deterioration of the working environment have worsened the manufacturing environment in Korea. Manufacturing competitiveness is required to meet customer's customized mass production demands. Building a Smart Factory is becoming a necessity for SMEs. In this paper, we define the ideal image and the level required level of process / facility among the fields needed for SME to build Smart Factory. And suggested the matters that SMEs should take into consideration during the implementation.

Different types of risks vary depending on business characteristics of enterprises. Because environments such as politics and management environments, social hangings, and consumers tend to differ, they must understand the environment in which they are placed. Based on this, a methodology for assessing the risk of disaster risk will be needed for the organization's situation. Businesses should have a framework to carry out continuous operations in case of disasters. In order to do so, it is necessary to establish measures, recognize risks, and evaluate them. Disaster risk management is meaningful to minimize the damage to the business, minimize the disruption of the business, and protect the assets and people, and maintain sustainable businesses, including disaster prevention activities.

This paper is to analyze the cycle of the manufacturer, the order cycles of the retailers and the order cycles of raw materials in a multi-stages supply chain with source of raw material, manufacturer and the retailers. The cycle of the manufacturer is the elapsed time between two successive beginnings of the production cycle. The decision making factors that minimizes the cost in a multi-stages supply chain are coordinated through supply chain cycles. Cost factors are the production setup cost and inventory holding cost of the manufacturer, the ordering cost and inventory holding cost of the retailers and the ordering cost and inventory holding cost of the raw material. A mathematical model is represented with the cycle of the manufacturer, the numbers of supply to retailers and order numbers for raw materials. The reference value for defining the search range of the cycle of the manufacturer is obtained through the costs of the manufacturer. A minimum cost solution method is suggested, and the solution results are compared with those of genetic algorithm through a numerical example.

서비스 산업에서 동적 모형을 고려한 업무상 사고 사망과 재해율 예측

Occupational accident rate in Korea has occurred most frequently in the service industry. Accordingly, forecasting of the occupational accident rate and fatal accident rate is very important in order to prevent the industrial accidents in the service industry systematically. This paper considers not only static methods but also dynamic method among time series analysis methods. Therefore, this paper describes the optimal occupational accident rate and fatal accident rate by minimization of the sum of square errors (SSE) among regression analysis method (RAM), exponential smoothing method (ESM), double exponential smoothing method (DESM), auto-regressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model, proposed analytic function model (PAFM), and kalman filtering model (KFM) with existing accident data in service industry. In this paper, MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) software of Visual Studio 2008 was used to predict the occupational accident rate and the fatal accident rate. The minimum value for minimizing SSE in the service industry was found in 0.2714 and 0.0233 in the occupational accident rate and fatal accident rate, respectively. Accordingly, ARIMA model in service industry are ideally applied in the accident rate and fatal accident rate.

의료오류 요인을 고려한 응급실 운영에 관한 연구

With the growing interest in the quality of emergency medical services, much effort is being made to minimize medical errors. Smart emergency room, where ICT technology is actively applied to emergency room operation, is accelerating. In this study, a medical error index reflecting the real-time medical error situation is developed, and an emergency room operation rule based on this index is proposed. The medical error index is calculated by reflecting the patient/communication factors, medical task factors, and medical staff/environment factors. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed operating rule, a simulation experiment was conducted for a virtual small emergency room. Simulation results show excellent performance in terms of error count and error severity.
