Cell 생산방식에 의한 다품종소량 생산 시스템의 최적화

In order to produce products in response to the orders that require different functions for each customer, Company A seeks to identify and improve the problems of the line-lot production method, which is the production method adopted by the existing company A. Through this study, it was possible to improve production flexibility and productivity by changing to cell production method suitable for small quantity production of various kinds so as to flexibly respond to market and customer‘s demands. Through these improvements, we will be able to respond to diversified customer needs in real time as well as improve productivity and profit generation. In addition, it acted positively to cultivate the work capacity of the production worker of company A, which served as an opportunity to increase the expectation of the fun of work and the compensation accordingly.

Rapid data explosion of data generated by ordinary consumers and unstructured data has a great influence on how data is used. In the future, Big Data are used to make important decisions of the organization, and the desire to interpret various patterns hidden in many heterogeneous data, to predict the future and to find value is getting bigger, and it is demanding quick service based on the latest information. However, there are a lot of industrial cases that utilize Big Data, but most of them are based on practical cases. Big Data-based systems based on the Hadoop Ecosystem and Spring Framework with Big Data technology were lacking. Therefore, this study collects the data retrieved from the Naver blog on the basis of the Hadoop Ecosystem through the Spring Framework on the web of the next generation web standards. After loading the collected data on the Hadoop Distributed File System(HDFS) and HBase, we design and implement a big data utilization system that can visualize POS-tagging analysis results through word cloud using Twitter POS-tagging analyzer based on the loaded data. In the future, we will provide a reference model for the Big Data utilization system that utilizes the Hadoop Ecosystem and the Spring Framework using the next generation web standards.

탐색적 요인 분석을 사용한 히트 펌프 건조기의 소모 전력 분석

In this paper, we investigate how common factors, shared by the variables related to the heat pump dryer, depend on the power consumption of the dryer. As the power consumption of a hear pump dryer, in general, attributes to many variables in a complicated fashion, it is not trivial to control the dependency of the power consumption on the variables. To overcome the difficulty in controling the power consumption, we utilize exploratory factor analysis under the assumption that the observed variance is attributable to a relatively small number of common factors. From the analysis we identified two common factors that account for about 74% of the total variance. It turned out that the variables loading highly on the first common factor are refrigerants of compressor, condenser, expansion, and evaporator; whereas the variables on the second common factor are water temperature of the condenser. We also found that the power consumption depends linearly on the first common factor. Thess results can be applied to a more elaborate control of the power consumption in the heat pump dryer.

The cost allocation problem is how to equitably and rationally distribute the common cost of the joint products or services that provide different benefits to each economic entity. These cost allocation problems have been dealt with in many fields such as highway facilities, airport runways and multipurpose dams. Most studies on cost allocation have been conducted on the application of cooperative game theory. Cooperative game theory consists of a set of players, called coalitions, and utility function for these coalitions and studies on the fair compromise (cost allocation) for the players. The cost allocation method such as proportional method, incremental method, nucleolus, Shapley value, and SOC are studied. Inventory games of EOQ(Economic Order Quantity) and EPQ(Economic Production Quantity) with shortages are described and a various allocation methods are applied to these inventory games. We examines through examples if the cost allocation methods satisfy the desirable properties of completeness, rationality, and marginality.
