이명박 정부의 엘리트스포츠 비전과 과제

Future government advocates privatization which means that many of governmental roles are empowered to private players. It is a correct orientation toward change for privatization that our government relies upon private market, companies and social associations. But our government still seems to have no peace of mind till it holds many things tight in its hand. In addition, it is required that the Lee administration should give more viable visions for Sport policies, because only general sport policies and projects implemented up to date are not enough to boost up our capacity of physical training and sport in the interest of glob-alization and better national competitive edges. And it is required to create physica1 training and sport cultures contributing to national involvement, while our elite sport authorities should make more and further citizen-friendly efforts in parallel with promotion of national prestige through winning medals. Moreover, it is necessary to roll out nationwide campaign policies based on elite sport players so that everybody can enjoy taking part in sport culture activities. In same context, it is undeniable that the proactive attraction of mega sport events which deserve staking national destiny is absolutely crucial to national development and higher national competitive advantages. That is why it is important that our government should have positive interests and give more investments in professional sport personnel, relevant associations and groups, so that they can achieve successful results in efficient ways through governmental management and support within the boundary of governmental roles and functions. Of course, it is necessary to prepare comprehensive preparation plans for this purpose. That is, it is important to give supports to meet this Purpose. It is advisable and hoped that Lee administration`s efforts for advanced sport country should be promoted in accordance with innovative, transparent and democratic competition rules from a new paradigm In particular, it is required that our current administration should practice pragmatic sport policies from proactive standpoints. For sport sector, it is also necessary to promote sport pragmatism by transparent, effective, efficient and rational give & take or win-win strategy. Also it is necessary that Lee administration`s elite sport policies should be promoted to this direction It is well known worldwide that Korean elite sport already has high com-petitive edge comparable to that of world powers. But unfortunately, it is also undeniable that Korea doesn`t have so much positive vision for physical training and sport. Once again, now is the time to promise cooperations with Lee administration in the interest of better sport visions for Korea.

The main purpose of the physical Education policy of Nationalist government is to see the role of government, and how it affects the physical education policy. So that it can suggest the direction of how Korean Education Policy might go. Let`s see the affirmative side of Physical Education Policy of Nationalist Government through this research First, you might remember we held 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup successfully. We`ve held this festival well, and also we`ve achieved affirmative result on improving the image of the count교 and promoted friendship between Korea and Japan. Second, we advanced to semi-final in 2002 Korea-Japan World cup. we analyzed that it has affected on improving the image of national enterprises, and promoted consumption This earned an income of 26 trillion Won Third, by the influence of the street cheering, we have raise the national unity, and prepared to reveal the Korean culture to the world. Fourth, through the sunshine policy, we`ve achieved the sports exchange between South and North Korea, So the joint entrance of North and South Korea in 2(XXJ Sydney Olympic, and 2002 Pusan Asian Game, showed the whole world the peace of Korean peninsula, and the national homogeneous. Fifth, at the time of the second Nationalist Government, through the plan of Sports Promotion Foundation We`ve increased the quality of our life. Furthermore, we`ve set the realization of a sports welfare society as the goal of Physical Education Policy, and made a budget higher to make better environment to get participated. The following are Some of negative aspects of the Nationalist Government`s policy toward physical education policy. First, the reason behind the attempt to change the physical education policy from a government led policy to a market led policy was to reduce government spending and to encourage more freedom between physical education organization and the umbrella organization. But this adversely affected the ability of physical education settleIreI1t. Second, the government invested a lot of money in attempt to encourage daily physical education, but certain flaws still remainded in school`s physical policies, facilities, and class contents, which are the causes of the difference between the elitist physical education and the rest.

The direction for improving instructor qualification system, this study proposes the implementation of a complete market oriented system, the enhancement of the system`s specificity through the strengthening of the qualification acquisition standards, the promotion of rationalization in the integration and separation of the qualifications, the establislun31t of an additional qualification acquirement program for youths, seniors, and the handicapped, the establislun31t of sportssafety manager and sports volunteer manager prograIr6, and the maximization of the utilization of the national certificates of qualification by integrating the different policies of all the concerned departments. To draw up schemes for improving, it was necessary to separate the instructor of sports for all and human prescription or to consider the two different tracks, to realize a completely market oriented feature. Further, the 2nd grade certificate was integrated and designated as a requirement for sports instructor, and the 1st grade certificate was separated and designated as a requirement for professional sports, recreational sports, and sports for the handicapped instructor, to enhance the system`s specificity. In addition through the designation of an additional sports and exercise instructor qualification for youths, seniors, and the handicapped, such as holding the position of sports safety manager or sports volunteer manager, the market oriented feature and the specificity of the system were further enhanced. As regards the term for the qualifications, they should be referred to as professional jobs, and the qualification acquisition program should be divided into a general course and an additional course to simplify it and to enhance its specificity. Moreover, the qualification acquisition procedure should be further strengthened by including therein the completion of the requisite subjects or of a college maior course, a written examination a practical examination, practical training, and field practice.

중학생의 스포츠활동 참가가 학교생활만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of middle school students` participation in sports activities on school life satisfaction. The participants were 377 middle school students. The collected data were processed using the Windows SPSS 120 version statistical program for factor analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOV A, Tukey`s HSD post-hoc test, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis, and could get the result as follows: First, satisfaction with school life according to their demographic characteristics was different significantly and partially in gender, parents` income, and male students have higher satisfaction than female students, and students of big-income families have higher satisfaction than students of low-income families. Scond, satisfaction with school life was different significantly according to their participation in sports activities, and participators in sports activities have higher satisfaction than nonparticipators. Third, school life satisfaction was influenced by participation in sports activ ities as follows: co-participation had significant influence on school lessons and school regulations, and participation frequency did so on teacher relationship and peer relationship.education could newly be inserted into it.

골프지도자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the job stress of golf instructors and their job satisfaction in a bid to help improve their quality of life. Two research questions were posed: 1. Do the general characteristics of golf instructors make any differences to their job stress and job satisfaction? 2. What is the relationship between their job stress and job satisfaction? The subjects in this study were 170 men and 49 women who were selected by random sampling from among golf instructors who worked in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Chungcheong province as of 2007. A survey was conducted to determine the relationship of job stress to job satisfaction. 12 items about general characteristics were included in the questionnaire used in this study, and what differences the background variables of the subjects made to their job stress and job satisfaction that were respectively selected as an independent variable and a dependent variable was analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the golf instructors were different from one another in job stress and job satisfaction according to their background variables including gender, age, education, residential area, income, marital status, golfing career, teaching career, acquired certificates, service area and number of customers. Second, the job stress was divided into work stress and job stress, and whether the two kinds of job stress were linked to their satisfaction level with job, occupation, work, workplace and working environments was checked. And there was a statistically significant causal relationship between the two. So job stress had an impact on job satisfaction. Third, their job stress had a statistically significantly negative correlation to their satisfaction level with work(r=-.20, p<.01), workplace (r=-.216, p<.01) and job(r=-.179, p<.01). The golf instructors who suffered more job stress found their work, workplace and job to be less satisfactory.

신정부의 학교체육 활성화 방안

The purpose of this study was to analysis problem of school sport and seek to solution for improvement student health and physical strength in new government. Results of this study were follow. First, block time need to introduce for promotion actual learning time and development sporting goods for kid & student. Second, physical education aid instructor need to introduce in elementary school for support physical education lessons of elementary school teacher and after-school sports. Third, physical activity promotion system(P MS) need to full implement for improvement physical strength and decrease obesity rate. Also, reward program for student and school need to improve participation of student and school on PAIS. Fourth, school sports facility like turf playground and gymnasium need to expand for improvement the quality of physical education lessons and after-school sports. Fifth, sports day need to open for quantity and quality of sport participation And sports public relation need to introduce for improvement recognition on sport value and expansion sport participation experience of student. In addition to, base-setting strategy need to develop school sport. School sports promotion committee and school sports promotion agency need to found and operate for deliberation and implementation on school sports policy. Also, School sports promotion fund need to make through various financial resources like national sport promotional funds, youth promotion funds, sport toto proceeds and use for implementation of school sports promotion policy. Lastly, School sports promotion law and by-law of local government need to make for school sports promotion.

스포츠클럽 육성의 변화와 과제에 대한 소고

Korean sports system is devided into professional sports and practical sports. The fOl1lE" is related only to nurture sports player, the latter is concerned in health care and spare time for the general public. So, two parties could not cooperate each other for general development of sports. These systematic circumstances are giving rise to conflict on system operation. In addition, the various social change surrounding the current sports system is disclosing the conditions which threat the durability in sports system But, the necessary change from the sub-system of sports to adjust to its change, does not occur at all. This study focuses on issues behind the development of Korean Sports Structure, and to find alternative measure for resolving such problem;. And the driving subject proposed the specific ways for bringing up the sport club. Especially as an effective driving model, first of all, the plan to bring up sport club based on preparatory stage, operation stage and fixing stage. Such change in the country may provide with the foundation for measures for the change in future societies and for developmen t to an advanced sport structure.
