The purpose of this study is to develop ubiquitous living English experience learning center by connecting the ubiquitous utilizing learning with the characteristics and benefits of experience learning. For this purpose, the concept and core categories of ubiquitous experience learning was clearly identified focused on critical analysis of various materials through surveys of the relevances of experience learning and ubiquitous utilizing learning. Experience learning using ubiquitous system is mainly centered on maximizing the effect and efficiency of experience learning taking into account the characteristics of ubiquitous- expansive, dynamic, interactive and shared ones. In addition, schemata regarding communal relations and activities through meeting with the outside will help recognize one`s consciousness. Furthermore communications by means of active participation and interaction can motivate and reinforce the internalization of the self-reflection. In this study, PDA-based ubiquitous living English experience learning center has been developed optimally and situationally.
