社會經濟のグロ一バル化に伴う日本企業における外國人材需要の增大を受け、日本語敎育においても學習者のキャリア支援の策を講じることは喫緊の課題となっている。よって、本硏究は日本語敎育におけるキャリア敎育實踐について檢討したものである。まず、先行硏究を槪觀し、日本企業における外國人材活用の擴大が見迂まれている一方で、日本獨自の就職活動や企業文化へのマッチングを追求する從來の支援の取り組みは日本就職をめざす外國人に「日本人化」を强いる危險性を孕んでいることを指摘した。また、ライフキャリアの觀点から一人一人が「自分らしい生き方」を實現していくためのプロセスを支援するキャリア敎育の必要性が叫ばれているにもかかわらず、個人のキャリア形成に關する質的硏究は不足している。そこで、本硏究では日本就職をめざす韓國の學習者に對する個別實踐を行い、質的分析を試みた。實踐のデ一タ分析から、就職活動において孤立しやすい環境におかれている韓國の大學生は他者と語り合うことで自身のキャリアについて考える機會を持ちにくいことが分かった。そこで、社會構成主義にもとづくナラティヴ·アプロ一チの見地から自己分析における介入實踐として半構造化インタビュ一を行った。考察の結果、他者との對話を通じて過去の經驗を「自己のスト一リ一」として言語化することはアイデンティティと自己決定の經驗とを有機的に結びつけて「自分らしい生き方」を描きだすことであり、キャリア敎育の觀点から有意義な活動であることが示唆された。

Responding to the increasing demand for foreign workers by Japanese companies, caused by the globalization of social economy, it is becoming an urgent task to take measures in supporting the careers of students in Japanese education as well. In this respect, this study examines career education practices in Japanese education. First, I provided an overview on previous studies and highlighted that as more foreign workers are expected to be hired by Japanese companies, traditional support initiatives to try adapting to Japan`s unique job hunting activities and its corporate culture pose the risk of Japanizing foreigners aiming to obtain employment in the country. In addition, we currently have a situation where qualitative studies on personal career development have not been conducted sufficiently even though the need has been reiterated for career education to support each individual`s process for realizing their own way of life from the career perspective. Therefore, in this study, I provided individual career education to South Korean students aiming to obtain employment in Japan and subsequently, conducted a qualitative analysis. The data analysis on the practice revealed that South Korean university students, who tend to become isolated in job hunting activities, are less likely to get opportunities to talk to other people and think about their own career. Therefore, semi-structured interviews on self-analysis were conducted from the standpoint of a narrative approach based on social constructionism. The results of the examination suggested that verbalizing past experiences as personal stories through dialogues with other people, organically connects the person`s identity and experiences of self-determination in order to portray one`s own way of life, thus, making this a useful activity from the perspective of career education.
