교과서 수록 동시의 자연 수용 양상

Most children begin to read poems though textbook-adopted children`s verses in normal korean lessons. Accordingly, the most important thing is to adopt the children`s verses in textbook, although teaching methods are very important too. Whenever the effectiveness of children`s verses in textbook are discussed, the controversal thing is focused on nature accommodation in children`s verses. There are two opinions of above problems. The one opinion is that the children`s verses deprive children of the window on the reality of life. That`s because the materials and thema of children`s verses are confined to only nature. On the contrary, the other opinion is that children`s Verses play key-role in experiencing mysterious of nature and identification with world. ※ A thesis submitted to the committe of the graduate school of korea national university of education in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the degree of master of education in december, 1992. This study analyzed the children`s verses in textbook in terms of internal reasons and aesthetic aspects on the latter opinion. So this study defined the conceptional properties and the meaning of emotional experience to nature in view of literature aspects. And this study specifically analyed the aspect of nature accommodation and the effectiveness of the children`s verses from the Course of Study to the 5th Curriculum. The results of this study are as follows. 1. When the children`s verses in textbook are divided by topics and poetic speaker, most verses deal with nature nuch more than human and things as centural topics. Especially, the most type deal with phenominal speaker who interaction with nature, 2. It is desirable that children`s verses deal with children as poetic speaker who interaction with nature. But It is not desirable in terms of children`s ability that these verses cannot consider level of children`s scientific recognition. And it is not desirable also that these verses deal with dual poetic speaker, unclear of a visual point and poetic speaker who not agree with poetic mood. 3. In the accommodation and description of nature, the use of sensitive image compared to amusemental image is identified as the device, which for poetic sublimation. But the problems are that these verses focused on the sensitiveness which cannot match the world of poetic spirit. And most verses focused on only visional image, although other image should be considered. 4. The aspects of nature accommodation can be devided by comtemplation, interpretation discovery, imagination and amusements. By the way, most chlidren`s verses in textbook deal with the aspect of comtemplation and imagination . But the problems are that these verses are found hackneyed-descrition of nature in works of nature comtemplation and general poetic-hint in works of nature interpretation. 5. Most children`s verses adopted harmonic relationships rather than conflictic in internal structure. Most verses give rise to the feeling of amusement, peace, hope, mystrious. But tantalizing, aloofness, and desolating are rare in children`s verses in textbook -adopted. The type focused on paragonal feeling should be avoided for the purpose of sensitive experience itself in nature.

We live in the age of machine civilization and information with computer and inform media. Therefore, we should admit Western postmodernism in our literature. Though it was occured in Western Europe, we can`t deny this trend of thought with only the closing and sentimental response. Though the phenomena of our social development are different from Western Europe`s in the age, in the course of industrialization and urbanization, these phenomena are streaming in the likely toward like Western Europe`s. In this point of view, this paper tried to compared Western postmodernism with our postmodernism and analyzed them with actual works, showed phases which postmodernism have been accepted in our society and some characteristics whichit have been appeared in accepted course of it, with the theory of method. The phases and characteristics are the followings : The first, used the parady for the imitating and satirizing the established traditional style with the basing the established works of traditional style, society and world. The second, realised the restoration of humanity against the alienation of human, anti-elitism, subjective creativility and the re -establishment of new style in art. The third, imagined the external appearance and organized the internal appearance with the material for the usual life in the dubious, partial society. The fourth, removed the difference between high-literature and low literature, presenting the uncertain partial reality with the fiction and imagination of the description method in novel, The fifth, expanded the meaning of language not in the method of metaphor but in the method of metonymy, and, in the same time, described with a rhetorical device, Through these various methods, post modernism in Korea have re-organized fittingly Western postmodernism in Korean society. However, in the accepted course of postmodernism, we could have discovered some problems in Korean modern poetry, The established traditional style and the deconstruction of tradition in Korean society have streamed in the way of the extreme experiment in Korean modern poetry, Western postmodernism have destroyed traditions language in Korean society grammar-structure in the part of syntax, therefore, have defamed the value of languageart. On the other hand, the sounds which writers have criticized their society and accused the problem of their society, could have produced another ideology. In fact, the accepted course of Western postmodernism have implied some nagative phases, but the acceptance of Western postmodernism in the part of Korean modern poetry must have been an active method we have exploited and created our actuality in. The characteristics of postmodernism which korean modern poetry have implied, appear in the toward of deconstruction of spirit popularity and commerciality of literature, the phenomenon of iconoclasm in the part of art in the traditional, institutional territory. Finally, in the international exchanging, in the end of the 20 th century, postmodernism which have been flowed into our society. Though it is the foreign trend of thought, it have been recontroled and accepted fittingly in our society, for a society has a consciousness which the society tries to recontrol the trend of thought with, when the trend of thought is flowed into a society. Accordingly, I think we must develop Western postmodernism as Korean postmodernism fitting in Korean society with the subjective point of view.

The purpose of this study is to examine the contents and characteristics of the poetic world of So-wol, (Kim Cho¨ng-shik). This investigation has a relation to our traditional poetry and to the succession of the nature of Korean tradition. The traditional studies have divided the Korean poetry into classical poetry and modern poetry, considering the period of opening the country to the west as its starting point. It has been consistently claimed that the nature of tradition in the Korean modern poetry was broken off because of the inflowing of the trend of literary thouhts of the west, and that our tradition was rubbed out under the occupation of Japan. Until now Kim So-wol has been studied in many respects and methods, So it seemed that the studies were completed in every respect, but the tradition can be hardly broken off to the changes of the history and the times. It can be only transformed gradually, but dynamically with the life of man. Accordingly, this study came to a conclusion in the relation between the poetry of Kim So-wol and the classical poetry like this : First, `love`, `seperation`, and `lamentation` were the main themes of Korean classical poetry after considering the themes between songs of Koryo¨, Korean ballads, Si-jos, a kind of lyric poems. So-wol`s poetry had nearly connected the vein of tradition to our modern poetry by expressing the emotions of love found in the Korean classical poetry in a new phase. Second, in the vernacular emotion lots of place names can be seen in the works of So-wol`s which have given an effect that causes all Koreans to feel the local emotion toward their homeland, and it is the same quality of the classical poetry. He gave the intentional marks to his works, which would inspire our national consciousness for the depressed hearts of Korean people by the occupation of Japan. Third, in the background of the lover, quite often, it is not easy to discern the true character of `lover` in classical poetry. And also in 5o-wol`s poetry, as far as `lover` is concerned, So-wol always writes poems about the sadness and the longing for `lover` who is beyond his reach. Fourth, In the structure, the rhyme of So-wol`s poetry can be the one which succeeded creatively to trifoot metre in the rhythm, in contrast to the traditional Korean poetry which has repetition difoot metre rhythem as its basic form. In the rhythm of numbers of letters, while the typical form of our poetry is three-four metre and four-four metre, So-wol attempted seven-five which is for from the form of the classical poetry. It was the very rhythm which was the most suitable for expressing the emotion of Korean people. From the viewpoint of the repetition of phrases, while the characteristics of folksongs and songs of Koryo¨ is the repetition of the phrases, So-wol`s poetry not only has repetition of phrases but also presents the repetition of letter numbers, of foot and of couplets of content. This fact implies that So-wol`s poetry has the same nature of our classicalpoetry, and that it connects the vein of tradition of 1920 th modern poetry.

The object of this study is at examing closely his postion in the literature history by understanding Chong Chi-gong`s world of poems and evaluating rightly. Thus this thesis inquired into the totality of his poems chiefly. It may be said that this luterary contribution to the historical development of the Korean poetry was great and remarkable. Early poems, the suffering of the reality and his poetic self-quest against it are examined, the sense of absence and lostness in reality is expressed through poetic consciousness yearning for childhood and the old home. In the religious verses of Chong Chi-yong was onesided praise and religious self-inclination to God, the poetic tension aroused by the complication and controversy between heavenly things and earthly things were not found. His ideal was Baek-rok-dam of nature union by consuming delineated ego through self-denial showed the height and the depth of oriental spirit. In conclusion, it can be said that his poetry obtained it`s poetic effect from the interaction of his dual tendencies towards tradition and modernism, he contributed a great deal to the development of modern poetry.

Shinchunmunye which is the typical debut system for entering upon a literary world has continued with public attention for sixty years. This study searches for sijosi and their poets to find the common poetic spirits interrelated to ages, through the main newspapers, such as $lt; Do-ng-a Ilbo $gt;, $lt; Chosun Ilbo $gt;, $lt; Hanguk Ilbo $gt;, $lt; Jung-ang Ilbo $gt; and $lt; Seoul Shinmun $gt;, with help from material arrangements of examiners. From 1931 to 1989 of discharging prize winners is 144, and prize poets 190, prize works also 190, and after the restoration of independence discharge 130, prize poets 150, among indentificable 148 poems 108 which are 73 percents are yeonsijos, poems of three or four stanzas, After the restoration of independence the average age of prize winners is 31.5, mainly in their twenties, but has gradually become higher. In 130 times of selection, the number of total examiners is 188, severally 25. The way of examinations is individual judge of 58 percents, and there are some problems that separate examination of small number of seniors constantly continues. The main themes are roughly confirmation of the national spirit, consciousness of the divided country, human understanding, the spirit of investigation, nature and lyric recolection. They appear connected with peculiarity of ages. To summarize changes of themes by periods is like this ; First in 1930 s, the time of loss of state power, the main themes are directly related to confirmation of the national spirit. Though the works reveal lyricism indicatively, they represent baffle ment and response to the age, figure a sound historical sense of fighting against reality under the Japanese suppression through the national poetic form. Second in 1950 s∼1960 s, the time of confusion and convulsion, the works show concentratively the recognition about overcoming national division. They accept positively the spirit of the age and social phenomena, describe circumstantial perception and realistic self, change and receive the original traditional spirit of sijosi seeking after features anew, Third in 1970 s, the time of growth and discords, the various subject awareness is emerged. Main currents are by order human understanding and the spirit of investigation, retrospection and natural lyricism, which construct multistory world of poetic sentiment. Poetry sublimes several subjects of poetic creation, which shows that the domain of poetry has set in the horizontal extension and the vertical intension. Lastly in 1980 s, the time of frustration and conquest, human understanding and the spirit of investigation are main streams, which have philosophical inclination internalized poetic awareness. In addition poets have so mature senses that they deposit the lyric ultimate on human understabding and its shaping, portray the superior poetic world that approaches a vivid living dimension, After 1980 s, then, the poetic eagerness of sijosi would be concentrated on the spirit of investigation for humane life formed harmoniously individual life with general life upon dissolution of both nation`s historical understanding and contradictory structure of reality. Thereupon, it is evident that sijosi as the national literature will make good position by revealing the vivid tone impressively.

김동리 <사반의 십자가> 의 분석적 연구

Kim, Dong-ni is the typical Korean novelist and an idealistic one with national and pure lituerature. $lt;Saban`s Cross$gt; which is a work written in the middle of his life as a novelist and which is the mainstream of his world, is the subject of this study. By analyzing the work systematically and idealistically, which has already been discussed by many of critics, the level of the work was aimed with link of the author`s consciousness and the relationships between his consciousness and the spirit of work were considered . First, in the structure of the work, with a basis of the theory of Girard`s desire, Sanban, a heror, and Jesus had relationship of competition, but they behave themselves with other desire respectively. In his desire, Saban showed the dual characteristic externally and internally, and present a mixture of coexistence and confrontation in the structure. During the three years of Jesus` preaching, the repeated cases and struggling was a meaningful and diverse plot of the novel . In the casting of character with the basis of Bible; Saban was appointed as a main actor who was killed at the Cross with Jesus, and Jesus performed a role of assistance in a Jstrous appearance. similar to `Zealots` in the period, `Hyol mang Dan` was excluded from the religious color. also, the author searched characters with theme in the family relations. Comparing to `Munyedo`, which is his representitive of short novel similar creative patterns of the auther were found in the conflict of religion, the death of the hero, his poor life, and incestuous affairs. Second, in the conflict aspect of characters, first of all this work was understood as a conflict between the two idealisms. Saban as a Jewish has a basic background of the Jew. however he adheres divination by the stars with infulence of his master `Ha Dat` and is confronted to Jesus. He is represented of secularism and Humanism for the independant nation on the earth, and Jesus as the image of godism and superficialism for the heaven showing many miracles. Third, considering the idealist background, the heros, $quot;Saban and Jesus$quot; were shown as imperfect men. Saban was an imperfect pegan ideologically and an imperfect humanist realistically. Jesus was represented in a mood of shamanism bending Christianism and just emphasizing the heaven, and was drawn as a conservative faith, a non-political and impractical person. Eventually, since the two heros are imperfect humanbeings, the auther tried to create a New humanism through readers and its basis is Koreanism of Orientalism. Four, Considering the author`s consiousness with understanding of Now humanism, he stood on the besis of Nationalism and Humanism by inflence of his brother. He mentioned that Humanism loss in the Westernism need to be found in the Orientalism. His creative motivation was related to bright human consciousnes and Nationalism with Saban, receving the independance from Japan. The difference between new Humanism and Modern humanism is that latter concludes `divine nature`. God has almighty as a transcend human and `divine nature` in human. So, it was found that like his other works, in oriental naturalism or Korean naturalism, and the author`s idealism was backgrounded be shaped in the work .

김종삼 시의 공간구조에 관한 연구

The object of this study is concerning about the structure of poetic space. In general, poetic space shows the method of reflecting on the reality of present circumstances faced by the poet. From this aspect, this study undertakes to analyze the phenomenon of the poet`s personal experiences with space, and to clarify the leading space of his awareness through his structure of imaginable space. The phenomenon of space as experienced by Mr. Jong Sam Kim has been reviewed in two phases ; one, experiences during childhood, and the other those incurred during the Korean war, which resulted from the division of our nation. As a result, the phenomena of non-existence and devastation of space is noticeable. As a background to such phenomena, he became aware of the nonexistence of space due to his experiences with death encountered during childhood, and aware of his lost hometown, along with a sense of devastation, due to the nation`s division and subsequent conflict. The poet`s imagining structure, due to this awareness, has a contrasting double structure, forming reality and illusion as the exterior and interior, respectively of living space. Discontinuation and continuation in reality and illusion constitute the basis of the space structure of the poetry of Jong Sam Kim, generating negative awareness with respect to real space and a limited means of confrontation. In real life, it has been found that Jong Sam Kim frequented places where full of artistic illusion, or poor spaces where alienated persons lived. The poetic inner spaces of Jong Sam Kim show that his unique aspect on spaces is generated from juxtaposed structures of reality and illusion. His intention of overcoming the reality of a barren castle and the hopelessness of existence in limited time is realized filled in the symbolic representation of material things and music by means of structures juxtaposing reality and illusion. The basic poetic sentiment of the poet Jong Sam Kim lies in his awareness of peace and pity for alienated thins and peoples. The awareness of peace filling the spaces of poems by Jong Sam Kim forms the essence of his whole focus on recovering the original relationship between people and people, and between people and things, all suffering in this world.

This study has been done from earnest need of studying children`s literature because, in studying literature, people make the adult`s literature the prime object even though children`s literature takes great gravity in the world of literature and can give dream and hope to growing children, Therefore I analysed fairy tales of Choi Tea-ho who made an effort to give dreams and hopes to our children in 1950`s, the hard time socially. First I looked into his life and view of literature and considering them as a base, analysed his works, and in work analysis I analysed themes and thoughts, illusory characters and realistic characters, educational characters, literary characters, and interest characters. From the results, I acquired the facts as follows. First, his fairy tales picture the figures of optimistic children, basing on educational characters of efficiency. 2nd, themes of his .fairy tales are something that gives hopes that a man who has dreams and hopes and acts bravely, will accomplish them without fail, and his thoughts remain in leading them to have the activity which believes the stories shown in the themes and acts. 3rd, his fairy tales have high literature`s characters because of the combination of illusory characters with realistic characters. 4 th, he put the intention of creation to the elevation of educational characters and sublimated it into the works accompanied by literature characters, so he could sublimate the educational characters intended by himself into the high-leveled literary characters. 5 th, in his fairy tales, themes and thoughts equaled the surroundings of that times and gave interests and impressions to readers, . materials which were from children`s lives and thoughts themselves, induced the interests by enlarging the width of sym pathy through indentification phenomenon, and characters in his works and heroes, forming individual peculiarities respectively, could be the objects of identification of similar heroes with readers and induced interests and impressions. And he had great interests in linguistic description, so he elevated the interests by using fluent sentence and brief, rhythmical poetic words.

This thesis is to find out the variation of Park Mok Wol`s Poetry and his poetic spirit which changed his poems. The summary is as follows. 1. Mok Wol`s Poems are classfied into `Early period poems` which shows the poetic world of `Illusive Self-content` and `Late period poems` that seek after turth as the limited human being, His `Early period poems` are divided into two poetic worlds. One is shown in 『靑鹿集(Cheongrokjip)』 expressing the personal yearning for the idal world and the other in 『山桃花(Sandowha)』 describing `Self-contented Nature` His `Late period poems` classfied into three poetic worlds. One is strong pressure of life and death shown in 『蘭·其他(ran·Gita)』 ·『晴曇(Cheongdam)』. Another is expresses the orientation toward `Home` and `Mathernity` described in 『慶尙道(In Kyungsangdo Fallen-Leaf)』·『어머니(Mather)』. The other shows the overcoming of the vanity in life, which is described in 『砂礫質(Saryeogjil)』·『無順(Monsoon)』·『크고 부드러운 손(In big and Soft hand)』. 2. The change in Mok Wol`s Poems is charcterized by the periodic circulation of Troubles and Reconciliation. Despite the various changes of his poems, Mok Wol`s Poems have a consistent poetic spirit toward the reconciliation between Self and Universe.
