무선인터넷 서비스 이용 의도와 몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인

Until now, most of the studies about the internet service have focused mainly on the adoption of on-line(wired) internet services, while there have relatively been very few studies about the adoption and usage of wireless or mobile internet services. The generic model explaining the adoption behaviors of wireless internet services has not been made yet. Previous studies of that area is not so easy to find. The purposes of this paper are two-folds. The first is to find the factors affecting the users` intention and commitment behavior of mobile internet services. The second is to find the relative importance of the factors in users making decisions about users` usage intention and commitment behavior. In the theoretical part of this paper, the precedent studies concerning the technology acceptance model and the theories of on-line internet services adoption, the theories of the mobile internet services, are reviewed and analyzed.

전자상거래 분쟁해결을 위한 온라인 ADR 모델구축에 관한 연구

"Online Alternative Dispute Resolution" can refer to the use of online methods of dispute resolution to resolve disputes arising either online or offline. The range of disputes covered by online ADR has been broad:from family law to internet domain name disputes:from small transaction to insurance disputes. Online and offline consumer disputes have been a major focus of online ADR sites. This article propsed that the mediator should explain the process and the mediator`s role so as to forestall misunderstanding on that score. And mediators should consider including in either usual mediation agreements additional provisions applicable to communications by email. Online ADR sites should be designed 1) to provide a simple, easily understandable process, 2) to provide detailed information on process, cost and speed, 3) to enable users to move between online and offline processes, 4) to have authentication processes for parties and documents, 5) to have automatic translation system for language barriers. And Government should play an important role in assisting people to adapt technically and emotionally to new technology through information, training and ongoing support. The days of live online television-quality videoconferencing have not yet arrived. Until then, we must hone our skills with the written word.

일본의 FTA정책과 경제적 효과

This study extensively investigated Japan`s FTA strategy and plan of FTA policy and analyzed the economic effect caused by it. In the analysis of economic effect using world economical model shows not only positive economic effect in home country but also to the foreign country. Recently, Japan`s bilateral relation with Korea and China is getting worse, not in a friendly way. Consequently Japan`s future FTA negotiation will be expected to be focused on the East-Asia region. In other words, Japan expressed assistance for the purpose of communication, stability and prosperity in the East-Asia and will seek individual economic cooperation with each East-Asia country trying to reinforce the stand of Japan. This means that Japan is trying to improve the relation with Korea and China in the other way because it cannot change the relation with Korea and China on its own. That is to say, It can be interpreted as Japan is trying to reinforce the economic cooperation with other East-Asia countries for the realization of East Asia community rather than directly negotiating with Korea or China.

The company culture is becoming usual term in business management field. That organization culture of these phenomenon becomes resource of company competitive power indeed, it is basing to logic for important leading person for elevation with systemicity. also, great many scholars do research to subject that is change management of company administration and there are not much example that companies succeed in change actually despite had announced treatise etc.. This research tries to synthesize several research subjects by single model regarding confrontation(culture collision) phenomenon between culture that can happen in company through literature research and example analysis basically. Specially, try to classify and divide this by specific developing and arrange in each type with using much this culture analysis in negotiation analytics. Through this problem and suggestion point by this confrontation way in this culture negotiation side and culture risk management side of administration make try to.

글로벌 전자무역 구현모델의 실증분석

The purpose of this research is to analyze four models of global e-trade implementation which was suggested at the advance research of implementation global e-Trade with major trading countries. The main outcomes of this empirical study are as follows. For realizing global e-trade of G-Networking model country we have to implement e-trade in the field of "import & logistics". And for realizing global e-trade of P-Networking model country, it need to try in "settlement & clearance". Furthermore, for realizing global e-Trade of G-Penetration model country, we have known that the field of "import & logistics" would be implemented. Finally for realizing global e-Trade of P-Penetration model country, "settlement & clearance" could be implemented. Also, this study suggests that we have to do negotiation with China and Japan at first, and to try the area of settlement & clearance to implement the global e-Trade with Korea`s 10 major trading countries.

This paper discusses the definition of the term "domestic industry" in relation to the application of the safeguards provisions of the WTO through the judicial interpretation made by the WTO Appellate Body and panel. The requirements for the imposition of safeguards include a rapid increase in import quantity, the existence of serious injury or threat of serious injury to the domestic industry, and a causal relationship between the increase in imports and the industrial injury. The domestic industry refers to the producers that account for a considerable portion of the total national production , or the national producers who produce articles "like" or "directly competitive" with the specific imports. Chronically, there have been controversial disputes relating to the interpretation of the term "like" or "directly competitive". Reviewing the disputes relating to the term "domestic industry" in application of the safeguards provisions since the establishment of the WTO, the interpretation of the term "like" has been made imposing weight on the physical characteristics of the products. This interpretation is in contrast with that of the interpretation of the term "directly competitive" which has been interpreted with imposed weight on the commercial elasticity of substitution which can be measured by the final use or consumer`s taste.

무역업체의 전자무역 이용만족과 e-충성도에 관한 연구

Considering rapid development of Internet Portal Site Contents in Korea, it is an important issue to analyze consumers` satisfaction and e-loyalty. This research develops, and empirically test a model for explaining/predicting the satisfaction and e-loyalty with internet-based Electronic Trade Site. This paper describes a theoretical model for investigating the Satisfaction and e-Loyalty of the Electronic Trade Site. This study investigates the concept of the satisfaction, e-loyalty in Electronic Trade Site and its determinants, and tries to establish e-loyalty analyzing model. The model of the satisfaction, e-loyalty electronic trade site is tested here using data from 158 samples. Based on the research model, a comprehensive set of hypotheses is formulated and a methodology for testing them is outlined. some of the hypotheses are tested empirically to demonstrate the applicability of the theoretical model. In examining the relationships of the determinants factors, service quality satisfaction show in significantly by Reliability, Information Provided, Trustworthiness, Convenience, International of contents but that show in not significantly by Interaction. In addition, Electronic Trade site retention shows indirect effect between customer satisfaction and referral. Although our research can not show the determinants of e-loyalty in the electronic trade site the empirical result give both theoretical and managerial implication for managing the consumers` satisfaction and e-loyalty in electronic trade site.

한류문화 확산에 따른 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 수출확대방안 연구

With shifting the paradigm to digital economy, the digital industry becomes one of the national strategic industries. The digital industry has not only significant effects on forward and backward related industries but is also creating its own value. Furthermore, the effects of conversion with diverse products also play an important role in adding value. Since the early 2000s, Korea`s culture so called `Hallyu` (Korean wave) has been spreading to neighboring Asian countries such as China, Japan, Hong Kong, Therefore we have a good opportunity to increase our competitiveness with the development of the digital content industry using various base resources in conjunction with the spread of Hallyu culture in the Southeast Asian region. In this paper we attempt to suggest several schemes to promote our exports of digital contents while analyzing the current status of the Korean digital industry and addressing some problems and barriers to the export of the digital content industry. There are several schemes to be proposed in order to promote Korean exports of digital contents, as follows: 1) to foster global digital contents, 2) to establish a supporting system, 3) to build a marketing and R&D center, 4) to operate a test-bed of digital contents and 5) to fund expenses such as marketing.

한국과 미국 기업간 환경관리 실천차이에 관한 연구

Environmental management systems offer a set of management tools and principles that can help integrate environmental concerns into daily business practices. Such systems have been in existence since the 1980`s. This research identifies the firm`s implementation of environmental management that is the most and least popular for managing the environmental management such as 3R`s, EM, EMS, environmental awareness. This article investigates the differences of managing to environmental issues of firms between Korea and U.S. The research results suggest that the U.S. firms control of 3R`s, EM and EMS better than Korea`s, while Korean firms have higher environmental awareness than U.S. firms.

가상공동체에서 제휴관리자의 지식교환에 관한 실증연구

The purpose of this paper is to study alliance managers` knowledge exchange in cyber communities. The ranges of people participating in various kinds of cyber communities has changed. While some communities require members to have particular skills or qualification, there are millions of open communities in which anyone with internet and web access can participate. Consequently, the majority of users in these open communities and many others are not technical people or skilled office workers. Through participating in the interpersonal knowledge exchange process, alliance managers save time, and are provided with opportunities to confirm their personal knowledge as up-to-date and relevant to the specific context. By using the interpersonal process, they conform with and confirm the community`s social etiquette, which dictates its preference for the identified exchange mechanism.
