미국의 화웨이 제재와 약탈적 패권 -미일 반도체 마찰 사례와의 비교를 중심으로-

본 연구는 미국의 화웨이 제재가 ‘약탈적 패권’이라는 구조적 변화에서 기인했다고 주장한다. 즉, 쇠퇴하는 패권국이 패권을 유지하고 도전국에 대해 경제적ㆍ기술적 우위를 확보하기 위한 필요성에서 비롯된 현상이라는 것이다. 이를 경험적으로 증명하기 위해 기술영역에서의 ‘약탈적 패권’ 사례라고 볼 수 있는 1980-90년대의 미일 반도체 마찰과 화웨이 사태를 비교하였다. 두 사례는 비록 도전국의 성격이나 미국 내 정책결정 과정 등 여러 분야에서 차이가 존재했으나, 결론적으로 패권국의 역량 쇠퇴와 도전국의 경제ㆍ기술 추격이라는 공통점을 보여주었다. 이 연구는 길핀의 ‘약탈적 패권’ 논의가 오늘날의 국제정치경제를 분석함에 있어서도 여전히 유용함을 보여준다.

중소기업 아웃소싱에서 공식통제, 갈등 및 중국꽌시가 장기지향성에 미치는 영향

During the past four decades, China has become an important manufacturing plant in the global market with rapid economic development and has become the most attractive outsourcing destination for manufacturers. Outsourcing in China is evolving beyond simple low-cost assembly or low-cost production into supplies of innovative products, parts and services. The purpose of this study is to explore how manufacturing firms, especially SME, maintain long-term outsourcing relationship with suppliers in China. By analyzing survey data collected from manufacturing firms operating in China, we find that manufacturer’s dependence on supplier influences outsourcing task conflicts negatively and the proper usage of formal control in the key outsourcing processes reduce outsourcing task conflicts by suppressing supplier’s opportunistic behavior. In addition, Chinese Guanxi is not only a useful governance mechanism for building manufacturing firm’s long-term orientation with supplier, but also has moderating effects between outsourcing task conflicts and long-term orientation. This study contributes to an understanding of outsourcing management in China by demonstrating the importance of Guanxi’s moderating effects, directing effects on manufacturer’s long-term relationship with suppliers and formal control’s reducing effects on outsourcing task conflicts.

라이브 스트리밍 커머스 소비자의 준사회적 상호작용에 대한 연구 -중국 타오바오 생방송을 중심으로-

Live commerce that combines live streaming and e-commerce is popular recently in China. Viewers can communicate with sellers in real-time, anytime, anywhere on the Internet. The sellers can provide consumers with the information they want and show them how to use the product. As live commerce also helped revitalize the rural economy, this study focused on agricultural products. This research investigated the antecedents of para-social interactions of Chinese consumers of live commerce. We examined the impacts of attractiveness related to commerce characteristics as well as perceived social presence. This study also considered the impact of psychological factors associated with the COVID-19 pandemic focused on social anxiety, interpersonal needs, loneliness, and boredom. Results indicated that the various factors enhanced parasocial interactions with broadcasters, thereby positively affecting purchase intention.

ESG 경영성과에 대한 연구의 현황과 발전방향 -한국과 중국을 중심으로-

As ESG management is becoming an essential condition for the survival of companies around the world, social demands and expectations for companies are growing in Korea and China as well. As required in the field of social sciences, it is important to review the results of related studies and to examine whether the results can be applied to similar contexts. The purpose of this study is to present the current status and future development direction through a comprehensive analysis of the literature related to ESG management and its performance in the strategic management field in Korea and China. To do this, we first look at the ESG concept and related terms. Although traditionally focused on financial performance, such as economic performance, sustainability management is starting to consider non-financial performance as well. The literature reports on the contribution of ESG-based non-financial performance to a company’s sustainability. We then select the empirical literature that relies on specific measures of sustainable management and review the results. A total of 31 studies published in related journals in Korea and China are selected using various criteria such as keywords and research methods, and the ESG evaluation system used in most studies and methodological problems inherent in the data are systematically reviewed. However, due to the lack of sufficient sample, the failure to distinguish and analyze the industrial characteristics of the company remains an issue to be addressed in future studies.

중국과 ‘일대일로(一带一路)’ 관련 국가들과의 무역 결합도와 무역 협력 잠재력에 관한 실증 연구

본 연구의 목적은 중국과 ‘일대일로’ 관련 국가들간의 무역결합도와 무역 협력의 잠재력에 대하여 분석 하고자한다. 무역 결합도계수를 활용하여 중국과 ‘일대일로’ 관련 국가들과의 상호연계 상황을 도출하였고, 중력모형을 이용하여 무역 잠재력을 도출하였다. 무역 결합도 분석 결과에서는 지역별 국가별 무역 결합도의 편차가 심하게 나타났다. 잠재력 분석에서는 국가별로 ‘일대일로’ 60개국 중 22개국이 큰 잠재력 단계, 20개국이 개척 잠재력 단계, 18개국이 혁신 잠재력 단계를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 중국과 ‘일대일로’ 관련 국가들과의 무역 결합도를 분석하여 현재의 상호의존성을 알아보았고, 무역잠재력 분석을 통하여 이들 국가와의 교역관계 및 경제협력을 위한 실질적인 대안을 제시하였다는 점에서 학술적, 정책적 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

Recently, to decrease high youth unemployment rate and promote sustained economic growth through creating new jobs in China. Various types of entrepreneurship education have been taking place in Chinese university due to governmental policy support and the number of entrepreneurship education in Chinese university has increased in quantity and the interest in realistic entrepreneurship education and improvement measures has been increasing. In this context, this study is to learn if and how entrepreneurship education carrying out in Chinese university influence entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention of potential entrepreneur in many ways. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from university students who have completed entrepreneurship education in China and the empirical findings were tested by structural equation modeling analysis. The empirical findings are as follows: First, entrepreneurship education has not a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, but a positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurship. Second, flow entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurship. Third, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurship have a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention respectively. Finally, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurship have a mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. Based on the results, this study a few significant implications having meaningful to Chinese entrepreneurship education, is expected to have contribution to the successful promoting entrepreneurial intention of potential entrepreneur in China.

만주국 시기 건축가치 연구 -신경(창춘)을 중심으로-

건축물은 역사와 생활문화, 민족 정신과 국가 흥망성쇠의 한 단면이다. 건축을 통해 시대 문화의 발전 맥락을 살펴볼 수 있기 때문에 건축사적 가치에 대한 연구는 그 의미가 적다고 할 수 없다. 시대의 흐름에 따라 건축가치가 경제력으로 바뀌어 한 사회의 경제발전을 촉진할 수도 있고, 도시의 현대화를 긍정적으로 추진할 수도 있다. 이런 이유로 과거 동북지방 만주국시기 신경(장춘)지역에 건립된 건축의 가치를 바로 평가하고 그 건축에 대한 가치의 계승과 재해석을 하는 것도 의미가 있다. 실제로 도시 문화 발전 중에 장춘시는 만주국 건축의 기초 및 건축 특색을 그대로 건축 문화 발전 모델을 적극적으로 유지하고, 동 지역에 특화된 관광문화 서비스 산업 발전을 적극 모색하며, 만주국 건축 문화와 경제적 가치를 최대한 개발하고 응용하는 등 지역 문화와 경제 등의 사업을 함께 발전시켜 가고 있다. 본문의 주요 연구내용은 다음과 같다. 제2장에서는 일제치하 만주국 건축양식의 연원, 건축 품격과 건축 공간의 특징을 분석하고, 제3장에서는 역사문화적 가치, 건축물의 과학적 가치 및 경제적 가치와 그 의미 등을 분석하였고, 제4장에서는 만주국 건축이 현재 어떠한 영향과 함의가 있는가에 대한 설명을 하였다.

一线经理与员工对高绩效工作系统的感知差异对员工离职意向的影响 -自我牺牲型领导力的调节作用-

In the context of a market economy with Chinese characteristics, scholars begin to doubt whether the high-performance work system (HPWS) always positively impacts organizational performance and individual performance. For this reason, scholars’ researches turn to the effects of different levels of HPWS on employees’ attitudes and behaviors. However, the effect of first-line managers and employees perceived HPWS gap on employee turnover intention has not been empirically proven. The purpose of this study is to explore the operational mechanism of HPWS from the perspective of first-line managers and employees perceived HPWS gap. Based on the theory of social information processing, this study explores the effect of first-line managers and employees perceived HPWS gap on employee turnover intention and the moderate effect of self-sacrificial leadership between them. The field survey data came from a large real estate company in Henan province, China. The researchers finally obtained valid data on the matching of 31 first-line managers and 241 employees. Based on multiple regression analysis, the results showed that the first-line managers and employees perceived HPWS gap had a positive effect on employee turnover intention. It is noteworthy that self-sacrificial leadership can effectively alleviate the positive effect of the first-line managers and employees perceived HPWS gap on employee turnover intention. That is to say, the positive relationship between the first-line managers and employees perceived HPWS gap and employee turnover intention becomes weaker when employees perceive high-level self-sacrificial leadership. This study not only adds a new research perspective to the research literature of HPWS and leadership but also provides a new direction for organizations to obtain the best HPWS implementation effect.

粤港澳大湾区城市商业银行运营效率研究 -基于DEA模型和Malmquist-

本文运用数据包络方法(DEA),对粤港澳大湾区三方共16家城市商业银行1999-2019年间的运营效率进行了综合评价, 并对粤港澳大湾区城市商业银行经营效率的影响因素进行分析。从粤港澳16家银行经营效率静态实证分析中, 1999-2019年期间, 粤银行和港银行经营管理水平, 业务专业程度和规模化水平明显高出澳银行;粤银行和港银行的经营效率各有优势, 粤银行规模化水平更高, 走规模化发展路线, 而港银行业务专业化水平更高, 走技术管理路线;无论是技术层面, 还是规模化层面, 澳银行与粤银行和港银行差距明显, 需要重视各方面不足, 补齐各种短板, 提高经营效率。从动态角度测算及分析1999-2019年粤港澳16家银行的全要素生产率在1999-2019年的效率变化, 首先从粤港澳大湾区整体及分组Malmquist指数来看, 21年间, 粤银行进步最快, 在技术效率和技术进步两侧均发展顺利, 其中技术进步是发展的主因;澳银行次之, 技术效率有所下滑;港银行最慢, 同样也是在技术效率方面有所退步。对于粤港澳三地银行业16家银行来说, 提高银行业技术水平或组织管理水平是提升全要素生产率的一项重要工作。粤港澳三地16家银行需分析自身的优劣势及所处的市场地位, 进行针对性的舍弃和补缺, 从而提升自身的全要素生产率。根据研究结论提出建议: 多途径提高资本, 缓解资本压力;减少银行物理网点机构, 推动业务创新;提高中间业务收入占比, 拓展盈利空间;加强风险管理控制能力, 提高贷款质量;拓宽业务发展领域, 注重跨区经营。

医药电子商务的服务质量对顾客满意度的影响 -感知价值的中介效应-

As of January 2021, the number of Internet users worldwide reached 4.66 billion, with a penetration rate of 59.5 percent. The COVID-19 pandemic is driving consumers to the Internet for shopping. 77% of the world’s Internet users shop online every month. In order to reduce the risk of cross-infection in public places, purchasing drugs through the Internet has also become a safer and more convenient way to obtain drugs. 72% of American adults buy medicines online, more than 90% of pharmacies owned by the European Pharmacists Association order medicines online, and one in five medicines in Switzerland are sold over the Internet. Although China’s pharmaceutical e-commerce industry started late, it has developed rapidly. 60.3% of the residents said they had used e-commerce platforms to buy medicine in the past year, and the frequency of buying medicine reached 5.8 times per person per year. During the special period of COVID-19, consumers became more and more accepting of online drug purchase. Therefore, it is helpful to guide the development direction of the industry to grasp the satisfaction degree of consumers on the quality of medical e-commerce service. The influence of medical e-commerce service quality on customer satisfaction was analyzed from five dimensions of medical e-commerce service reliability, response service enthusiasm, website service security, product service economy and logistics service quickness. At the same time, it also studies the mediating effect of consumer perceived value on service quality and satisfaction of e-commerce. Based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) model, this study extracted the relationship among service quality, perceived value and Customer Satisfaction in the model, combined with the SERVQUAL conceptual model of service quality. Based on the existing research results, set up a questionnaire and conduct investigation and analysis. Factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effect test were used to study the data through SPSS 26. It is concluded that perceived value has a mediating effect on the effect of service quality of pharmaceutical e-commerce on customer satisfaction: service reliability of e-commerce, enthusiasm of response service, website service security, economy of product and service, and speed of logistics service. Through the research shows that medical e-commerce should strengthen the platform brand construction; In the pharmaceutical retail market to try to reduce drug prices; And should speed up the development of network technology; To ensure the security and stability of network services; Improve the intelligent level of logistics service to improve the efficiency of distribution. Emphasis should be placed on improving the professionalism and affinity of medical e-commerce service personnel to increase consumer trust. We will promote the steady and healthy development of the pharmaceutical e-commerce industry.
