With the increasing awareness of the seriousness of global environmental damage, the practice of pro-environmental behavior is considered more necessary than ever. The purpose of this study was to provide a comprehensive understanding of the formation of MZ generation's pro-environmental behavior by merging value-belief-norm theory. MZ generation are an interesting and novel population as they are considered more conscious socially, culturally and environmentally than previous generations. Results of the structural analysis from of a sample of Korean MZ generation show that egoistic value and biospheric value facilitates their belief, personal norm and pro-environmental behaviors. Based on the findings, theoretical and practical implications of this investigation are discussed.

라이프스타일에 따른 주류 소비행태 세분시장 특성 분석

This study aimed to explore the different lifestyles of liquor consumers, to analyze the features of each market segment, and to test the difference of selection attributions among market segments. We found four different types of lifestyle, that are trend, economy, health, and familiarity. Using these types of lifestyle, we generated four segment groups: 1) realistic, 2) economic, 3) trend, 4) social groups. The realistic group enjoys to drink alone and drinks frequently. The economic group drinks less frequently compared to other groups and they like to drink with family members. The trend group consists of older people who are married and show moderate level of drinking. Lastly, the social group consists of younger people who are singles and they tend to drink with friends. The results of difference analysis between lifestyle segments and selection attribution revealed that the popularity, atmosphere, and the price as selection attributions presented differently among the market segments groups while familiarity did not have significant difference. This study is expected to provide marketing strategies according to each liquor segment market.

The purpose of this study was to identify food consumption patterns of the elderly and factors affecting them to improve their dietary health. Data from 1,653 elderly subjects (over 65 years old) from the seventh Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey were used in our analysis. This study was analyzed looking at the recent trends of many previous studies related to eating out food for the elderly, studies on changes in consumption attitude, behavior, national income, economic conditions, and family system according to demographic variables, changes in dietary lifestyle, and food consumption patterns continue While it has been reported, studies on the number of eating out according to the economic status, dietary habits, and subjective health status are still insufficient for the elderly, which are recognized as the main consumption groups of modern society's food consumption. It was conducted to establish basic strategies for developing health policies for future national policies and nutrition-related projects, and to develop more practical and differentiated customized programs for the elderly.

This study set out to investigate how major issues and important factors related to Pyeongyang cold noodles were formed in the social media among social media users through the frequency, network, and semantic network analysis of Big Data. For this purpose, the study analyzed blogs and cafes provided by Naver and Daum and examined text materials about Pyeongyang cold noodles mentioned by social media users in the social media around the nation for the year of 2019. The analysis results were as follows: First, consumers defined certain taste and meat broth such as bland as the basic elements of Pyeongyang cold noodles and considered Mul and Bibim cold noodles as representative menus of Pyeongyang cold noodles; secondly, there were total 23 main keywords in the characteristic cluster of Pyeongyang cold noodles, and they can be understood as the core elements for the success of Pyeongyang cold noodles; and finally, five clusters other than the characteristic cluster of Pyeongyang cold noodles included items regarded as the brand characteristics of famous restaurants specialized in Pyeongyang cold noodles. These findings indicate that consumers choosing to have Pyeongyang cold noodles made use of a "pedigree."

The study on the Value of Consumption and Intention of Purchasing in Convenience Stores(HMR) and selection attributes. A total of 205 copies were distributed to college students using convenience food, and frequency analysis with the program of SPSS 21.0, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and finally, multiple regression analysis were performed for hypothesis verification, implications and conclusions of the study were prepared based on the verification results. The hypothesis verification results of this study are summarized as follows. Hypothesis 1> Convenience store(HMR) selection attributes has an effect on emotional and cognitive value result. Hypothesis 2> Convenience store(HMR) selection properties has a positive effect on purchase intention. Hypothesis 3> The consumption value was found to have a positive effect on purchase intention. In terms of the optional attributes and the value of consumption according to the of consumption type of convenience store(HMR) consumers consider the essential functions of convenience food: quality, taste, price, brand, as well as nutritional satisfaction and economic value.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of consumers' perceived value for delivery apps on satisfaction, reorder intention, and acceptance intention, and to investigate the difference in the moderating effect of the involvement of food in this relationship, and the results of the study are summarized as follows. The collected questionnaire was subjected to frequency analysis using the statistical package SPSS 21.0. Confirmatory Factor Analysis was performed using AMOS 20.0 and structural equations were performed to analyze the causal relationship between exogenous and endogenous variables for hypothesis testing. It is an academic significance in the consumer behavior research of delivery apps, as it studies the perceived value as a predecessor, focusing on consumers' food involvement, as well as satisfaction, reorder intention, and acceptance intention. In addition, the analysis of the difference in the moderating effect of the relationship between the perceived value and the consumer's behavioral intention by separating the degree of food involvement that consumers feel in everyday life into high or low involvement for delivery apps has theoretical implications for the progress of delivery app research so far. The practical implications of the delivery app's perceived value and purchase behavior are as follows. Through the results of this study, it was found that the pleasure value was consistently high in loyalty by actively acting on the purchase of the delivery app, while the consumer of practical value showed that the relationship between the delivery and the app was somewhat insufficient.

The purpose of this study is first, to verify the relationship between the effects of job stress perceived by airline cabin crew on career elasticity. Second, it is to analyze the difference in career elasticity according to rank and type of airline among demographic factors. Through this, the purpose of this study is to present a strategic plan for the career development of cabin crew and management of airline human resources. For the empirical analysis of this study, 220 copies were used for statistical analysis through a questionnaire conducted from May 1 to May 30, 2020 for cabin crew members of domestic airlines. For the purpose of this study, empirical analysis using SPSS 26.0 was performed. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that among the factors of job stress perceived by cabin crew, promotion and evaluation, family, task, interpersonal relations, roles and rule have a significant effect on career elasticity. Second, it was rejected that it would show a difference in career elasticity according to demographic factors (class, airline type).

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between service quality, service value, service satisfaction and dependence, considering both airline on-line and off-line services. A survey was conducted for passengers who had experience using airline on-line and off-line services. 518 valid responses were collected and the results of the analysis are as follows: First, empathy, tangibleness, technicality, image among off-line service quality factors and personality, ease of use, responsiveness, and safety among on-line service quality factors have a significant effect on service value. Second, service value was found to have a significant effect on service satisfaction and dependence according to airline off-line and on-line service quality. In addition, both off-line service satisfaction and on-line service satisfaction were found to have a significant effect on dependency. Therefore, by grasping their needs, we will present ways and strategies to attract consumers.

Airport is the gate of certain tourism destination, which builds the first impression of tourism. Given the importance, this study investigates the characteristics of airport consumers. This research aims to investigate the determinants of Incheon international airport reuse intention. As explanatory variables, this research selects employee service, safety, food and beverage service, tourism accessibility. This study used survey as main instrument. For the data collection, this research employs online panel data service. The number of observation is 285 for the data analysis. This study implements frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, correlation matrix, and multiple regression analysis for data collection. Considering the results, employee service is positively associated with reuse intention. Moreover, the results indicate that reuse intention is positively influenced by safety. The results also present that tourism accessibility is negatively related to the reuse intention of Incheon international airport. This study has practical implication by offering the information of airport customers. Furthermore, the results can contribute to the Incheon economy by building competitive advantage of Incheon international airport.

Despite the importance of self-efficacy in the performance of casino employees who work for a long time at a specific place, there is little research in this area. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effective physical environment affecting the self-efficacy and customer orientation of casino employees. For this purpose, several hypotheses were set up and data collected from 255 casino employees, and frequency and reliability analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to test the suggested hypotheses. Casino physical environment had a statistically significant positive effect on employees' self-efficacy, and it has been proven that sub-factors such as the ambient environment, aesthetics, and convenience all have a positive effect on employees' self-efficacy. The employees' self-efficacy was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on customer orientation. This study extends the research framework from an existing customer-centric perspective to employees' point of view, and clearly demonstrates the need for casinos to take into account the role of the physical environment and the self-efficiency of employees in the context of customer orientation.
